Sequential Images: Class Task
For this week, my partner and I have created six different sets of six sequential images. As this was our first time creating a work like this, there were no specific themes for these different sets but was more experimental. What we have tried to capture was the movement of objects and actions that could be done through the items available in our workspace and ourselves. We have taken several creative liberties: using a shining metallic objects such as coins, moving flowing materials such as water and a scarf, movement of our legs and hands, and more.
These shots were taken with two different phones: iPhone 14 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S8 with Photo mode and Pro mode respectively. The sizes of these photos were all set in 3024 by 4032 pixels, but other factors such as the ISO are different. Additionally, the last six pictures from the image below has been taken in a different way: it was a Live Photo taken from the iPhone which was then compressed into those results, so no information was seen besides the size which is 1290 by 2796 pixels.
All of the details of the pictures were different as they were taken on different models of phone and were set to automatic. The first set of pictures were taken at the exposure time of 1/33 s, with an ISO level of 160 and aperture of 1.7. The second set had the same aperture, but had ISO of 64, 100, 160, and 250 and exposure time of 1/50 s. The third set had an even aperture of 1.8 but had changing ISO and exposure time of 125 to 200 and 1/50 s to 1/100 s. The fourth set also had a steady aperture of 1.7, and the rest fluctuated between 160 to 200 ISO and 1/25 s to 1/50 s exposure time. The exposure time and aperture was steady for the fifth set: 1/100 s and 1.8, but the ISO changed from 100 to 125. And as mentioned before, the last set of images were not normally taken so it had no details.
As some images were formatted as HEIC due to it being taken on an iPhone, it had to be converted with a HEIC to JPEG converter. The images were then uploaded onto Photoshop where I have used the Contact Sheet option in Automate under the File tab, then the were uploaded then shown below.

Good technical detail and explanation but please show your chosen 6 images as your final piece and then reflect a little more on this process
